After ordering After Hours On-Call Service please submit a support ticket with the details of the service requested. Our technician will contact you within two hours to begin system diagnostics. This is only available to customers who do not have a existing Freevoice Service Contract and are experiencing system failures or cannot make or receive calls in their system.
